These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the Air Court web demo (the "Demo"), including guest play, free email membership and optional paid plans. By using the Demo — starting a match, dropping in, swinging a phone as a racket, or buying Party Pass — you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Demo.
You must be 13 or older to play. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review the Safety rules and these Terms and agree on your behalf.
Purchases are for people 18 or older, or a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor. Rally Wild uses an age acknowledgement, not ID verification.
Rally Wild offers browser tennis, pickleball, ping-pong and racing. Play two guest matches; where membership is enabled, verify an email address to continue playing for free. Keyboard, touch and optional phone controllers are supported according to the game.
This is a demo product. It is not real tennis, coaching, or a substitute for a sport played with actual rackets. Features, unlocks, and availability can change.
Free verified membership does not require a payment card. Sign-in links expire and work once. Keep access to your email account; it is how you sign back in.
Rally Wild Plus is an optional subscription for the benefits shown before checkout, including the full Weekly Club challenge board, adjustable weekly activity targets and hosting tools. Game Night organizes playlists and host-entered results for players or teams taking turns or using the games’ supported local controls. It does not add online matchmaking or eight simultaneous player seats. Saved nights and history are stored on this browser, without cloud sync. The host’s shared screen displays its visual themes and celebration styles for guests. Core games remain available with free membership.
When subscriptions are available, Stripe displays the price, billing interval and recurring-payment terms before payment. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account. No payment is taken by signing up for free membership. Existing legacy Party Pass purchases retain their browser-based unlock where supported.
You swing a real phone in real space. You are responsible for the room and for your body. Clear space. Do not swing near people, pets, TVs, glass, or anything fragile. Stop if you feel dizzy or in pain.
You play at your own risk. Read the Safety page before you play. The short acknowledgement in the Demo does not replace those rules.
THE DEMO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Demo will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, AIR COURT AND THE OPERATOR ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE DEMO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PARTY PASS IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR TEN US DOLLARS (US$10), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
Do not misuse the Demo, interfere with checkout, or use Air Court in a way that harms people or property. Do not swing a phone where you cannot do it safely.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited. Courts located in California have exclusive venue, except where the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The current version is 3. If we bump the version, the Demo may ask you to acknowledge again before you play or buy.
Version 3 (28 September 2026) adds free email membership, optional recurring subscriptions, and an updated description of the games and data practices.
For account or billing help, use the support link in the site footer when available. Reply to a verification email if a support reply address is provided. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
